From the mind of an MBA achiever with 20+ years of experience and expertise, Eliza Mack, Mack Minded Consulting Services, LLC was created in January 2022 to be a versatile consulting firm aimed at helping organizations and individual business professionals improve their performance. In her past employment with mortgage companies, Eliza saw a need that wasn't being fulfilled and decided to act on it. She developed and enhanced a system which allows her to work with clients of various backgrounds to help them identify and implement the changes that will have the biggest impact on their business endeavors. MMCS therefore offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to strategy and business development, virtual assistant services, change management, organizational design, process improvement, and extensive training for a variety of business needs.
